customer's payment obligations, are processing necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship (article 6.1.b) RGPD).

- The transfer of data on the address and name of the customer to the company responsible for sending the order, as well as the use of such data by this entity,
are carried out on the basis that they are necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship (article 6.1.b) RGPD).

- Compliance with contractual, business, accounting, fiscal and administrative obligations is carried out on the basis that it is necessary for the fulfillment of
our legal obligations (article 6.1.c) RGPD).
- The elaboration of commercial profiles is carried out on the basis of the consent
given (article 6.1.a) RGPD).
- Informing about our services, promotions and products marketed by the company or related to our activity is carried out based on the legal authorization
provided for in article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.
- The sending of information about services, promotions and products about other companies of the group is carried out on the basis of the consent given
(article 6.1.a) RGPD).
- The sending of information and/or communications of a commercial, promotional and/or advertising nature about products or services of third parties

- The management of job applications or request for information related to the possibility of working in the company is carried out based on the consent
granted when submitting your application (Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR; and/or based on the execution of a contractual relationship and/or the request for
possible pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

2.4 Employees
- Payroll management, personnel administration, and/or any other form of processing related to the employment relationship are carried out based on the
execution of a contractual relationship and/or the request for possible pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b) of the RGPD.

The user shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine- readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without being prevented from doing so by the data controller to whom he/she has provided it, when:

- The data are necessary for the performance of a contract or for the application
of pre-contractual measures.
- The processing is carried out by automated means. These rights may be exercised upon proof of identity in the forms and within the

QSIMOV QUANTUM COMPUTING L.C. adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of personal data,
